目的:观察慢性应激对SD大鼠主动脉ET-1、eNOS表达的影响以及电针的干预作用,探讨抑郁症与心血管疾病之间的关系。方法:采用慢性应激刺激结合孤养的方式建立大鼠慢性应激抑郁模型,分组后分别采用电针、氟西汀治疗21天,光镜观察大鼠胸主动脉形态学变化,免疫组化法( S-P )测定主动脉ET-1、eNOS表达。结果:HE染色显示,模型组大鼠主动脉组织损伤,针刺干预可以改善此损伤;模型组大鼠主动脉组织ET-1高度表达、eNOS表达降低,电针和氟西汀均可改善变化。结论:慢性应激可引起大鼠的血管内皮结构和功能的损伤,电针和氟西汀可改善这些变化。

목적:관찰만성응격대SD대서주동맥ET-1、eNOS표체적영향이급전침적간예작용,탐토억욱증여심혈관질병지간적관계。방법:채용만성응격자격결합고양적방식건립대서만성응격억욱모형,분조후분별채용전침、불서정치료21천,광경관찰대서흉주동맥형태학변화,면역조화법( S-P )측정주동맥ET-1、eNOS표체。결과:HE염색현시,모형조대서주동맥조직손상,침자간예가이개선차손상;모형조대서주동맥조직ET-1고도표체、eNOS표체강저,전침화불서정균가개선변화。결론:만성응격가인기대서적혈관내피결구화공능적손상,전침화불서정가개선저사변화。
Objective:To observe the changes of ET -1 and eNOS in aorta tissue with chronicity stress depres-sion model rats and the interference of electroacupuncture on them ,and to explore the function of the renin -an-giotensin system between depression and cardiovascular disease .Methods:The chronic unpredictable mild stress combined with solitarily feeding method was used to make the depression models .The morphological changes of thoracic were observed with light microscope .Immunohistochemistry method was applied to analyze the expres-sion of Endothelin 1 (ET-1) and Endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS).Results:The endothelium of model rats was damaged .Electro-acupuncture could improve those changes .The expression of ET -1 in the arterial tissue of model rats enhanced .The expression of eNOS in the arterial tissue of model rats reduced .Electro-ac-upuncture and fluoxetine were obvious to improve those changes .Conclusion:Local tissue RAS is activated ex-cessively in chronicity stress depression model rats .Electro -acupuncture and fluoxetine can improve those changes.
