目的:探讨电针刺激对家兔易损斑块内巨噬细胞浸润和血清单核细胞趋化因子-1( MCP-1)的影响。方法:日本大耳白兔27只,随机分为对照组、模型组和电针组,每组9只,采用高脂饲料喂养加球囊拉伤法制备家兔腹主动脉易损斑块模型。对照组以普通饲料喂养,电针组在模型复制成功后行电针治疗,每日1次,连续两周。实验结束后,HE染色观察兔腹主动脉的斑块变化;采用免疫组织化学技术,观察斑块内巨噬细胞浸润的变化;采用ELISA法测定血清MCP-1的水平。结果:电针可减少斑块内巨噬细胞的浸润、降低血清MCP-1的浓度,与模型组相比差异显著。结论:电针可通过降低MCP-1表达和减少巨噬细胞的浸润起到稳定斑块的作用。

목적:탐토전침자격대가토역손반괴내거서세포침윤화혈청단핵세포추화인자-1( MCP-1)적영향。방법:일본대이백토27지,수궤분위대조조、모형조화전침조,매조9지,채용고지사료위양가구낭랍상법제비가토복주동맥역손반괴모형。대조조이보통사료위양,전침조재모형복제성공후행전침치료,매일1차,련속량주。실험결속후,HE염색관찰토복주동맥적반괴변화;채용면역조직화학기술,관찰반괴내거서세포침윤적변화;채용ELISA법측정혈청MCP-1적수평。결과:전침가감소반괴내거서세포적침윤、강저혈청MCP-1적농도,여모형조상비차이현저。결론:전침가통과강저MCP-1표체화감소거서세포적침윤기도은정반괴적작용。
Objective:To explore the roles of electroacupuncture ( EV) in monocyte chemtoactic prein-1,mac-rophages(MCP-1) of vulnerable plaque atherosclerosis .Methods:Twenty -seven healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into control group (n=9),model group(n=9)and EV group(n=9).Models were made with high fat diet and ballon injury method .Control group received normal diet .EV was unilateral model rabbits once a day for two weeks .The development of the atherosclerotic plaques was observed on the light microscopye of HE.Serum MCP-1 was detected by ELISA and the expression levels of RAM -11 of artery tissue were ana-lyzed with immunohistochemistry .Results:The contents of serum MCP -1 were remarkably down -regulated and the number of macrophages was descended. There were significant differences by contrast with model group .Conclusion:Electroacupuncture treatment can make plaque stabilized through the lower MCP -1 expres-sion and reducing macrophage infiltration .
