为建立工作场所空气中甲基丙烯酸浓度的检测方法,用硅胶管采集工作场所空气中的甲基丙烯酸,用丙酮解吸后进样,经毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。实验发现,硅胶管采样效率为100%,丙酮解吸效率为92.92%,方法的加标回收率为89.3%-98.0%。样品在低温下可保存至少7天。甲基丙烯酸在0-808.80μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数0.9995,方法的检出限为0.74μg/ml。采样4.5L,最低检出浓度为0.16 mg/m3。研究表明,该方法操作简便,采样效率、准确度、精密度、解吸效率及样品稳定性均满足职业卫生标准制定指南要求,适用于工作场所空气中甲基丙烯酸浓度的测定。

A kind of method using Gas-chromatography to measure the methacrylic acid concentration in the work-place air was researched .The methacrylic acid in the air was collected by silicone tube , and the samples was injec-ted after desorption with acetone , separated with capillary-column, detected by FID detector so as to retain time property and peak height or peak area ratio .Sampling air with 0.5L/min for 15min, sampling efficiency of silicone tube was 100%, the acetone was stripping liquid , and the desorption efficiency was 92.92%.The sample could be stored in low temperature at least 7 days.There was a good linearity (r=0.9995) over the methacrylic acid con-centration of 0-808.80μg/ml, the detection limit could reach 0.74μg/ml, and the minimum detectable concentra-tion was 0.16mg/m3(sampling volume 4.5L ).This method was proved to be accurate and sensitive ,to meet the determination of methacrylic acid in the workplace air .
