提出一种橡胶树树皮和木质部非结构性碳水化合物含量测定方法。取样测定范围为10～200 mg，利用80%乙醇浸提提取可溶性糖，硫酸蒽酮法测定可溶性糖含量，硝酸钙法提取淀粉， I2-KI法测定淀粉含量。本方法优点是：取样量小，对胶树伤害小，取样过程简单，测定结果准确。
제출일충상효수수피화목질부비결구성탄수화합물함량측정방법。취양측정범위위10～200 mg，이용80%을순침제제취가용성당，류산은동법측정가용성당함량，초산개법제취정분， I2-KI법측정정분함량。본방법우점시：취양량소，대효수상해소，취양과정간단，측정결과준학。
A method for measurements of non-structural carbohydrates in bark and xylem of rubber tree was put forward in this study. The measuring sample was within 10-200mg, soluble sugars extracted by 80% ethanol and measured by Sulfuric acid-anthrone method, and starch extracted by Ca (NO3)2 method and measured by I2-KI. Merits of this study: little sample with little hurt to rubber tree, simple operating and accurate data.
