恶性肿瘤伤口是一种复杂的伤口，随着恶性肿瘤的高发生率越来越受到医护人员的关注。在护理恶性肿瘤伤口的患者时，控制症状是其主要目的。本文就恶性肿瘤伤口最常见的气味症状的评估与管理进行综述，为临床恶性肿瘤伤口气味的控制提供参考。

Malignant fungating wounds were complex wounds and were concerned by healthcare workers, with the high incidence of malignant tumors. Malignant fungating wounds were often associated with multiple symptoms, including commonly malodour, wound related pain, exudates, bleeding and local infection. The purpose of caring patients with malignant fungating wounds was to control the symptom. This article reviewed the assessment and management of odour which was the most common symptom in patients with malignant fungating wounds. It can provide some evidences for controlling odour in clinical malignant fungating wounds.
