本研究通过组建区域联合体，建立师资库，构建分层培训体系，实施区级联合培训和中心级师资试讲平台等方法培养社区护理师资队伍，在结合医院、学院纵向资源的同时更加注重社区间横向整合，有效提升了社区卫生机构培训的能力。
본연구통과조건구역연합체，건립사자고，구건분층배훈체계，실시구급연합배훈화중심급사자시강평태등방법배양사구호리사자대오，재결합의원、학원종향자원적동시경가주중사구간횡향정합，유효제승료사구위생궤구배훈적능력。
We trained community nursing teachers by establishing regional consortium, setting up faculty storehouse, constructing the hierarchical training system, developing trial lecture platform of district and central level training. We pay more attention to community horizontal resources integration when combining the vertical resources of the hospitals and institutions. It is an effective way to improve the training ability of grass-roots health units.
