目的：分析住院病人外出的动机和不按时返院的原因，并提出相应对策。方法：采用访谈法调查32位住院病人外出不按时返院的原因。结果：住院病人外出不按时返院的原因主要有工作原因、家庭原因、认为外出不影响治疗、经济原因等。结论：应加强住院病人综合评估、发挥家属作用、加强病情宣教、严格执行请假制度、制定预案、安抚病人情绪、做好司法准备等。

목적：분석주원병인외출적동궤화불안시반원적원인，병제출상응대책。방법：채용방담법조사32위주원병인외출불안시반원적원인。결과：주원병인외출불안시반원적원인주요유공작원인、가정원인、인위외출불영향치료、경제원인등。결론：응가강주원병인종합평고、발휘가속작용、가강병정선교、엄격집행청가제도、제정예안、안무병인정서、주호사법준비등。
Objective:To analyze the motives of going outside and the reason of not returning on time among in-patients. Methods:We investigated the motives of going outside and the reasons of not returning or late returning among 32 in-patients. Results:The reasons of not returning or late returning of in-patients could be classified to five reasons:work, family, not influencing treatment because of going outside, money, and the other reasons. Conclusion:The countermeasures could be concluded by prior evaluation of the in-patients, playing the role of the family members, the intense education of the state of an illness, carrying out strict leave system, establishing plan, appeasing the mood of the in-patients, and preparing for the law issues.
