目的：建立一套科学、客观、全面的急危重症患者中心静脉压测量系统效能评估指标。方法：拟定效能评估指标，运用Delphi法对来自不同领域的30名专家进行问卷咨询。结果：通过3轮专家咨询，确立了由3个维度、10个评估指标、24条评估条目组成的急危重症患者中心静脉压测量系统效能评估指标体系。结论：专家积极性、权威性及专家意见的集中程度和对评估指标的一致程度均较高，可见指标体系的可信度较高。该指标的建立能够为临床医务人员合理评估中心静脉压测量效能提供依据，对危重患者的抢救及维护其循环系统的稳定具有重要的临床指导意义。

Objective:To construct a scientiifc, objective and comprehensive efifciency evaluation indicators for central venous pressure measurement system for ICU patients. Methods:Delphi method was used and 30 experts from different ifelds was consulted about an initial draft of evaluation index system. Results:After three rounds of experts' consultation, the efifciency evaluation indicator of central venous pressure measurement system for ICU patients was finally formulated, in wchich 3 dimensions, 10 evaluation indexes and 24 evaluation items were included. Conclusion:As for the enthusiasm and authority of experts, the concentration and consensus degree of experts' views was high. It showed that the credibility of efifciency evaluation indicators was also high. The establishment of the evaluation indicator can provide basis for clinical personnel in scientiifc and reasonable evaluation.
