Steaming hot-milling technology in the acidic steam%Binderless fiberboard%Lignin
采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱以及紫外可见分光光度计,对酸性蒸气蒸煮热磨法制造无胶纤维板过程中,不同阶段的木质素的变化进行测试分析。结果表明:酸性蒸气蒸煮热磨法制造无胶纤维板过程中,酸性介质的加入,对木质素有着重要影响;酸性介质的加入,使木质素侧链发生变化,活性羟基增加,有利于无胶纤维板的自生胶结。
採用掃描電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射、傅裏葉變換紅外光譜以及紫外可見分光光度計,對痠性蒸氣蒸煮熱磨法製造無膠纖維闆過程中,不同階段的木質素的變化進行測試分析。結果錶明:痠性蒸氣蒸煮熱磨法製造無膠纖維闆過程中,痠性介質的加入,對木質素有著重要影響;痠性介質的加入,使木質素側鏈髮生變化,活性羥基增加,有利于無膠纖維闆的自生膠結。
채용소묘전자현미경、X사선연사、부리협변환홍외광보이급자외가견분광광도계,대산성증기증자열마법제조무효섬유판과정중,불동계단적목질소적변화진행측시분석。결과표명:산성증기증자열마법제조무효섬유판과정중,산성개질적가입,대목질소유착중요영향;산성개질적가입,사목질소측련발생변화,활성간기증가,유리우무효섬유판적자생효결。
With the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spec-troscopy ( FTIR) and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer , an experiment was conducted to characterize the morphological characteristic of the wood fiber at the different stages in the manufacture process of the binderless fiberboard by steaming hot-milling technology in the acidic steam.In the manufacturing process of binderless fiberboard by steaming hot-milling technology with the acidic steam, the addition of acidic medium has an important impact on lignin.The addition of acidic medium can change the lignin side chain and increase the amount of active hydroxyl groups, to be beneficial for self-bond-ing of the binderless fiberboard .
