在三峡水电站工程建设过程中，建设监理在指导思想、组织建设和协调各方关系等方面取得了显著的成效。目前，三峡水电站工程已进入收尾阶段，监理管理工作与主体工程施工阶段相比有较大差异。文章结合三峡水电站工程收尾阶段工程特点对现阶段监理管理情况进行简述，以便更多的人士了解三峡水电站工程监理管理的特点。

In construction of Three Gorges Project, construction supervision achieves fruitfully in terms of guidance thinking, organization construction and relationship coordination.Currently, construction of Three Gorges Project comes into the tail-up stage.Construction su-pervision management at this stage is largely different from that at the construction stage of main structures.In this paper, the construction supervision management at the tail-up stage of the project construction is briefed according to the project characteristics so as to have more people learn the characteristics of the construction supervision management of Three Gorges Project.
