以MOOCs为代表的大规模网络开放课程充分展现了现代信息技术对高等教育发展的影响。在江苏的开放教育实践中，通过汲取MOOC的办学理念与教学经验，江苏开放大学积极整合优质资源，在网络教学的组织设计、教学质量标准与监控等方面不断创新，努力成为我国开放大学建设的先行者。

MOOCs, a representative of Massive Open Online Course, fully show the impact of modern information technology on the development of the higher education. During the open educational practice in Jiangsu, Jiangsu Open University actively inte-grated high quality resources through adopting school-running ideas and teaching experience of MOOC. It has continuously inno-vated the organization and design of online teaching, the quality standard and supervisory control of teaching, and making great efforts to become the pioneer of Open University construction in our country.
