目的：观察藏诺牌二十五味珍珠丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将212例确诊的冠心病心绞痛患者按入院时间随机分为治疗和对照两组，其中治疗组（珍珠丸组）106例，单纯服用藏诺牌二十五味珍珠丸治疗，对照组（常规治疗组）106例，给予临床常规综合治疗，两组均连续治疗8周。结果治疗组的总有效率（93.4％）与心电图改善总有效率（88.68％），均高于对照组总有效率（73.6％）与心电图改善总有效率（66.04％），均差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.01）；治疗组血黏度各项指标也均显著低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论藏诺牌二十五味珍珠丸具有明显扩张冠状动脉、改善心电图、降低血液黏度等作用，可显著改善冠心病心绞痛症状，临床疗效显著。
목적：관찰장낙패이십오미진주환치료관심병심교통적림상료효。방법장212례학진적관심병심교통환자안입원시간수궤분위치료화대조량조，기중치료조（진주환조）106례，단순복용장낙패이십오미진주환치료，대조조（상규치료조）106례，급여림상상규종합치료，량조균련속치료8주。결과치료조적총유효솔（93.4％）여심전도개선총유효솔（88.68％），균고우대조조총유효솔（73.6％）여심전도개선총유효솔（66.04％），균차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.01）；치료조혈점도각항지표야균현저저우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론장낙패이십오미진주환구유명현확장관상동맥、개선심전도、강저혈액점도등작용，가현저개선관심병심교통증상，림상료효현저。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zangnuo brand twenty-five flavors pearl pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods 212 cases of patients with coronary heart disease an-gina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to admission time.The treat-ment group (pearl pill group) of 106 patients was treated with Zangnuo brand twenty-five flavors pearl pill ,and western conventional treatment for the control group (conventional treatment group) of 106 patients.After contin-uously treatment for 8 weeks ,the clinical effects of both group were analuzed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.4% ,whereas 73.6% in the control group.The total efficiency of ECG detection in the treatment group was 88.68% ,whereas 66.04% in the control group.There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.01).Various indexs of blood viscosity in the treatment group were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Zangnuo brand twenty-five flavors pearl pill can expand coronary artery and improve ECG ,reduce blood viscosity.It can significantly improve the symptoms of coronary heart disease angi-na pectoris and have a significant clinical effect.
