目的:评价美浮特皮肤抗菌液对致足癣真菌皮肤癣菌和白念珠菌的体外抗真菌活性及抗真菌后效应。方法采用美国 CLSI M27-A3和 M38-A2方案测定美浮特皮肤抗菌液对足癣常见致病真菌的最低抑菌浓度( MIC);并以白念珠菌(ATCC90028)为指示菌测定美浮特皮肤抗菌液测定时间-杀菌曲线,同时测定其对白念珠菌的抗真菌后效应(post-antifungal effect,PAFE)。结果美浮特皮肤抗菌液对4属6种57株 MIC 的范围为1:40~1:160、MIC50为1:80、MIC90为1:40;对白念珠菌的 MIC 范围为1:40~1:80、对皮肤癣菌的 MIC 范围为1:40~1:160。该抗菌液具有很强的杀菌作用,且随着药物浓度的降低,杀菌速度和程度随之变化。该抗菌液对白念珠菌0.5MIC、MIC、2MIC 的 PAFE 分别为0.85 h、2.1 h、3.59 h;且 PAFE 时间的延长与药物浓度呈正相关。结论美浮特皮肤抗菌液对致病真菌皮肤癣菌、白念珠菌具有快速、有效、持续的杀菌作用,该抗菌液对皮肤癣菌较白念珠菌具有更强的抗真菌作用。且该抗菌液对白念珠菌具有较长时间的后效应,可以广泛应用于临床治疗皮肤癣菌及白念珠菌所致的感染。

목적:평개미부특피부항균액대치족선진균피부선균화백념주균적체외항진균활성급항진균후효응。방법채용미국 CLSI M27-A3화 M38-A2방안측정미부특피부항균액대족선상견치병진균적최저억균농도( MIC);병이백념주균(ATCC90028)위지시균측정미부특피부항균액측정시간-살균곡선,동시측정기대백념주균적항진균후효응(post-antifungal effect,PAFE)。결과미부특피부항균액대4속6충57주 MIC 적범위위1:40~1:160、MIC50위1:80、MIC90위1:40;대백념주균적 MIC 범위위1:40~1:80、대피부선균적 MIC 범위위1:40~1:160。해항균액구유흔강적살균작용,차수착약물농도적강저,살균속도화정도수지변화。해항균액대백념주균0.5MIC、MIC、2MIC 적 PAFE 분별위0.85 h、2.1 h、3.59 h;차 PAFE 시간적연장여약물농도정정상관。결론미부특피부항균액대치병진균피부선균、백념주균구유쾌속、유효、지속적살균작용,해항균액대피부선균교백념주균구유경강적항진균작용。차해항균액대백념주균구유교장시간적후효응,가이엄범응용우림상치료피부선균급백념주균소치적감염。
Objective To investigate antifugal activity and the post-antifungal effect(PAFE)of Meifute antifungal solution a-gainst fungal induced tinea pedis. Methods We detected the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Meifute antifungal solu-tion against fungal common induced tinea pedis using the United States CLSI M27-A3 and M38-2 scheme. Time-killing curve and post antifungal effects of Meifute antifungal solution against Candida albicans(ATCC90028)as the indicator fungal were measured. Result The MIC range,MIC50 and MIC90 of Meifute antifungal solution against 57 species were 1: 40 ~ 1: 160,1: 80 and 1: 40 respectively. The ranges of the solution against Candida albicans and dermatophytes were 1: 40 ~ 1: 80 and 1: 40 ~ 1: 160. This antifungal solution has a strong antifungal effect. The degree and speed of the killing fungal were changed with the decrease of drug concentration. The PAFE of 0. 5MIC,1MIC and 2MIC were 0. 85 h,2. 1 h and 3. 59 h respectively,and the prolonged of PAFE was positively correlated to the antifungal solution concentration. Conclusion Meifute antifungal solution has a fast,sustained effect a-gainst Candida albicans and dermatophtes. Comparing with the effect on Candida albicans ,the anigfungal solution have stronger antifungal effect on dermatophtes. The antifunal solution also have a long period of PAFE. These results showed that Meifute antifun-gal solution can be widely used to treat the superficial fungal infection of dermatophytes and Candida albicans .
