目的：观察小切口联合持续负压封闭引流技术（VSD）治疗糖尿病并发下肢深部脓肿临床疗效。方法脓肿处小切口切开引流后行负压封闭引流持续吸引，当引出液为淡黄色血浆样时，并且连续3 d 小于10 ml/d，拆除负压装置，空腔创面红润无坏死组织，手术切口处行二期缝合，用弹性绷带加压包扎7～10 d。结果21例患者全部痊愈出院，随访3个月，均无复发。结论小切口联合持续 VSD 治疗糖尿病并发下肢深部脓肿，具有引流彻底、创伤小、愈合快、减少患者痛苦等优势，临床疗效确切。
목적：관찰소절구연합지속부압봉폐인류기술（VSD）치료당뇨병병발하지심부농종림상료효。방법농종처소절구절개인류후행부압봉폐인류지속흡인，당인출액위담황색혈장양시，병차련속3 d 소우10 ml/d，탁제부압장치，공강창면홍윤무배사조직，수술절구처행이기봉합，용탄성붕대가압포찰7～10 d。결과21례환자전부전유출원，수방3개월，균무복발。결론소절구연합지속 VSD 치료당뇨병병발하지심부농종，구유인류철저、창상소、유합쾌、감소환자통고등우세，림상료효학절。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of small incision combined with vacuum sealing drainage (VSD)in treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated by deep abscesses of lower limb. Methods VSD was employed in the deep abscesses of lower limb after abscess incision drainage.VSD device was re-moved when the drainage fluid turned into light yellow (less than 10 ml/d in 3 consecutive days).Then the wound were compressed with elastic bandage for 7~10 d after secondary suture,while the wound became rud-dy without necrotic tissue. Results Twenty-one cases recovered.No recurrence was reported during three-month follow- up. Conclusion The small incision combined with VSD has accurate effect on diabetes complicated by deep abscesses of lower limb with advantages of thorough drainage,small invasion,shortened treating time and less pain.
