随着科学技术水平的提升以及市场竞争的不断加强，我国的网游行业也面临着一个严峻的竞争环境。针对目前我国的网游行业多采用联合运营这一商业模式，分析联合运营对其行业造成的影响。本文作者在查阅相关文献资料的基础上，就联合运营对网游行业经营的影响进行分析。采用要素禀赋理论分析其联合运营的原因及其模式，同时对网游公司采用联合运营模式后的经营状况进行分析。从而得出联运模式还将会是网游行业的趋势。

With the advance of technology and the iferce competition today, Chinese online game industry is facing a serious situation. Aiming at the mode of joint operation that Chinese online game industry are using today, we analyse this mode according to its effect on online game industry. The writer gives an analysis which is based on some related literature to the effect on online game from joint operation. She uses H-O theory to analyse the reason to use joint operation and its mode and the managing status after the joint operation has been used by online game industry. And the joint operation will still be the trend of online game industry.
