选用土壤、草炭、珍珠岩、鸡粪为基质材料,进行香藜一号根蒿两用育苗基质筛选初探研究。采用随机区组试验设计,分析比较各处理对幼苗生长发育影响。结果表明,当田园土、草炭、珍珠岩、鸡粪4种基质配比为1∶2∶5∶2时,能提高香藜一号幼苗壮苗指数和成苗率,增加株高、茎粗和叶数,促进匍匐茎的生长发育。因此,试验范围内的香藜一号根蒿两用育苗基质中,以田园土:草炭:珍珠岩:鸡粪体积比为1∶2∶5∶2最佳。

선용토양、초탄、진주암、계분위기질재료,진행향려일호근호량용육묘기질사선초탐연구。채용수궤구조시험설계,분석비교각처리대유묘생장발육영향。결과표명,당전완토、초탄、진주암、계분4충기질배비위1∶2∶5∶2시,능제고향려일호유묘장묘지수화성묘솔,증가주고、경조화협수,촉진포복경적생장발육。인차,시험범위내적향려일호근호량용육묘기질중,이전완토:초탄:진주암:계분체적비위1∶2∶5∶2최가。
The fragrant artemisia one′s dual-purpose seedling of roots and artemisia which use soil ,grass carbon,perlite and chicken manure as substrate were studied. Used randomized block de-sign and analyzed the effects of different treatment on the growth and development of plants. The re-sults showed when the substrates proportion of soil ,grass carbon,perlite and chicken manure was 1∶2∶5∶2,it could improve the seedling index and seedling establishment rate,and could increase the plant height ,the plant wide and leaves number ,promote the growth of stolons. It is the perfect sub-strate in the experiments.
