采用中药材废渣基活性炭处理含Cr(VI)废水,考察了pH、离子浓度、活性炭投加量、吸附时间对其吸附性能的影响,并对其吸附过程进行初步研究。结果表明,在pH=2、离子浓度80mg/L、活性炭投加量0.1g以及吸附时间为1h下吸附性能最佳。活性炭对Cr(VI)的吸附等温线符合Freundlich模型,采用准二级动力学模型能更好的描述活性炭对Cr(VI)吸附动力学过程。

채용중약재폐사기활성탄처리함Cr(VI)폐수,고찰료pH、리자농도、활성탄투가량、흡부시간대기흡부성능적영향,병대기흡부과정진행초보연구。결과표명,재pH=2、리자농도80mg/L、활성탄투가량0.1g이급흡부시간위1h하흡부성능최가。활성탄대Cr(VI)적흡부등온선부합Freundlich모형,채용준이급동역학모형능경호적묘술활성탄대Cr(VI)흡부동역학과정。
Activated carbons were prepared from Chinese Herbal Medicine residual and were used for the adsorption of Cr(VI) from waste water. The influence of pH,ion concentration,additive amount of activated carbon and adsorption time on the adsorption performance were investigated. Fur-thermore,the adsorption mechanism was preliminarily studied. The results were listed as followed:the activated carbon had a good effect on treatment of waste water of Cr(VI)that the adsorption con-ditions are pH=2,ion concentration for 80mg/L,the additive amount of activated carbon for 0.1 g and adsorption time for 1 h. The adsorption isotherm of activated carbon adsorption on Cr(VI)con-formed with the Freundlich model,the quasi second order model can better describe the adsorption kinetics of the activated carbon adsorbing Cr(VI).
