报道了采用顶空固相微萃取技术( HS-SPME )提取黄茶中挥发性化学成分,用气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS)从黄茶挥发油中分离并确定出30种化学成分,其中主要成分为苯甲醇(9.25%)﹑苯乙醇(4.03%)和二甲基硫醚(3.39%).
報道瞭採用頂空固相微萃取技術( HS-SPME )提取黃茶中揮髮性化學成分,用氣相色譜-質譜法(GC/MS)從黃茶揮髮油中分離併確定齣30種化學成分,其中主要成分為苯甲醇(9.25%)﹑苯乙醇(4.03%)和二甲基硫醚(3.39%).

The volatile components of Yellow tea were extracted by solid phase microextraction ,30 components and contents of volatile oil from Yellow tea were identified by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry .Of them the main constituents are Benzyl Alcohol (9.25%),Phenylethyl Alcohol (4.03%) and Dimethyl sulfide (3.39%).
