本文采用了一种较简便且能定量确定大学生创业潜能等级的方法，确定了大学生创业潜能的等级。在此基础上，对不同大学生发现创业机会随时间的变化情况进行调查统计，研究了大学生首次发现创业机会出现概率的变化规律，探讨了创业潜能和专业对大学生发现创业机会的影响。结果表明：大学生首次发现创业机会出现概率随时间的变化存在最可几时间，创业潜能和专业对大学生发现创业机会有重要的影响。

In order to determine the level of college students’ entrepreneurial potential, the paper chooses a relatively simple and quantitative method. According to the investigation and analysis, the paper studied the probability of college students ’ en-trepreneurial opportunities varying over time, also explored the effects that entrepreneurial potential and major on the en-trepreneurial opportunity. The results showed that: the students’ entrepreneurship opportunity probability changes with time, but there is a most probable time. The entrepreneurial potential and major will affect the college students ’ entrepreneurial opportuni-ties importantly.
