对以天然维生素E和琥珀酸酐为原料制备的维生素E琥珀酸酯的结晶过程进行研究,主要考察结晶初始温度、降温速率、结晶终点温度对维生素E琥珀酸酯含量和收率的影响。结果表明:在结晶初始温度50℃,降温速率2℃/h,结晶终点温度0℃,养晶时间10 h的条件下,维生素E琥珀酸酯的含量达到97.1%,收率为91.4%。
對以天然維生素E和琥珀痠酐為原料製備的維生素E琥珀痠酯的結晶過程進行研究,主要攷察結晶初始溫度、降溫速率、結晶終點溫度對維生素E琥珀痠酯含量和收率的影響。結果錶明:在結晶初始溫度50℃,降溫速率2℃/h,結晶終點溫度0℃,養晶時間10 h的條件下,維生素E琥珀痠酯的含量達到97.1%,收率為91.4%。
대이천연유생소E화호박산항위원료제비적유생소E호박산지적결정과정진행연구,주요고찰결정초시온도、강온속솔、결정종점온도대유생소E호박산지함량화수솔적영향。결과표명:재결정초시온도50℃,강온속솔2℃/h,결정종점온도0℃,양정시간10 h적조건하,유생소E호박산지적함량체도97.1%,수솔위91.4%。
Tocopheryl succinate was prepared by natural vitamin E and succinic anhydride, and then the influences of initial crystallization temperature, cooling rate and terminal crystallization temperature on the crystallization efficiency of tocopheryl succinate were investigated. The results showed that under the con-ditions of initial crystallization temperature 50℃, cooling rate 2℃/h, terminal crystallization temperature 0℃ and crystallization time 10 h, the content of tocopheryl succinate reached 97. 1% and the yield was 91 . 4%.
