目的：探讨乙肝患者HBV-LP与HBV-DNA表达的相关性，分析其临床诊断价值。方法选择本院2013年1月至2013年10月确诊为乙肝的70例患者作为观察组，另选择同期50例健康人群作为对照组，在相同条件下抽取静脉血进行血清检测，检测方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA），观察指标为HBV-LP和HBV-DNA，比较两组差异性。结果观察组HBV-LP阳性率高，HBV-DNA拷贝数高，与HBV-LP呈正相关，与对照组比较，两者比较差异具有显著性。结论乙肝患者HBV-DNA复制明显，血清HBV-LP检测可以作为重要的临床诊断指标。
목적：탐토을간환자HBV-LP여HBV-DNA표체적상관성，분석기림상진단개치。방법선택본원2013년1월지2013년10월학진위을간적70례환자작위관찰조，령선택동기50례건강인군작위대조조，재상동조건하추취정맥혈진행혈청검측，검측방법채용매련면역흡부시험법（ELISA），관찰지표위HBV-LP화HBV-DNA，비교량조차이성。결과관찰조HBV-LP양성솔고，HBV-DNA고패수고，여HBV-LP정정상관，여대조조비교，량자비교차이구유현저성。결론을간환자HBV-DNA복제명현，혈청HBV-LP검측가이작위중요적림상진단지표。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of HBV-LP and HBV-DNA in patients with hepatitis B, and analyse its clinical diagnostic value. Methods In 2013 January to October, diagnosed with hepatitis B patients 70 cases as the observation group, the other 50 healthy people were selected as control group, the serum detection under the same conditions of venous blood, detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), measured as HBV-LP and HBV-DNA, differences comparison of 2 groups. Results The positive rate of group HBV-LP was high, HBV-DNA high copy number, was positively correlated with HBV-LP, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Patients with hepatitis B HBV-DNA replication signiifcantly, serum HBV-LP detection can be used as a diagnosis index of important.
