目的：比较在烧伤整形治疗中复合皮移植术与皮肤软组织扩张术的治疗效果，并进行临床应用分析。方法回顾性分析本院接受烧伤整形治疗的患者84例，其中接受复合皮移植术患者42例，设为移植组；接受皮肤软组织扩张术患者42例，设为扩张组。比较两组患者治疗有效率及术后并发症发生率。结果移植组患者术后总有效率为83.33%（35/42），并发症发生率为11.90%（5/42）；扩张组术后总有效率为97.62%（41/42），并发症发生率为14.29%（6/42）。扩张组显效率、总有效率均显著高于移植组，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05），但两组之间并发症发生率比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）。结论在烧伤整形治疗中，皮肤软组织扩张术在术后整形效果方面优于复合皮移植术，能显著改善患者整形后皮肤的色泽和质地，有效地提高了患者的生活质量，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：비교재소상정형치료중복합피이식술여피부연조직확장술적치료효과，병진행림상응용분석。방법회고성분석본원접수소상정형치료적환자84례，기중접수복합피이식술환자42례，설위이식조；접수피부연조직확장술환자42례，설위확장조。비교량조환자치료유효솔급술후병발증발생솔。결과이식조환자술후총유효솔위83.33%（35/42），병발증발생솔위11.90%（5/42）；확장조술후총유효솔위97.62%（41/42），병발증발생솔위14.29%（6/42）。확장조현효솔、총유효솔균현저고우이식조，차이구유현저성（P＜0.05），단량조지간병발증발생솔비교차이무현저성（P＞0.05）。결론재소상정형치료중，피부연조직확장술재술후정형효과방면우우복합피이식술，능현저개선환자정형후피부적색택화질지，유효지제고료환자적생활질량，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect in the treatment of burns plastic composite skin grafting and skin and soft tissue expansion, and analysis of clinical applications. Methods A retrospective analysis of plastic surgery in our hospital 84 patients to receive treatment for Burns and plastic surgery, which accepts composite skin graft surgery 42 patients, denoted transplantation group;acceptance of skin and soft tissue expansion 42 patients, referred to as the expansion of the group. Comparing two groups of patients in an efifcient and incidence of postoperative complications. Results The patients transplanted group, the total effective rate was 83.33%(35/42), the complication rate was 11.90%(5/42);expansion postoperative total effective rate was 97.62% (41/42), complications incidence rate of 14.29% (6/42). Expansion group was efifcient, the total effective rate was signiifcantly higher (P<0.05), but the incidence of complications between the two groups no significant difference (P >0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of Burns and Plastic Surgery, skin and soft tissue expansion is better than composite skin graft surgery in the postoperative orthopedic effect, after plastic surgery can signiifcantly improve the color and texture of the skin;improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical application.
