以福建师范大学福清分校食品科学与工程专业10多年发展的经验与成绩为基础,提出基于过程质量控制的人才培养模式,从人才培养模式、工艺规程、质量评价与反馈、奖惩机制等方面提出想法,以期为食品科学与工程专业人才培养模式改革提供参考。
以福建師範大學福清分校食品科學與工程專業10多年髮展的經驗與成績為基礎,提齣基于過程質量控製的人纔培養模式,從人纔培養模式、工藝規程、質量評價與反饋、獎懲機製等方麵提齣想法,以期為食品科學與工程專業人纔培養模式改革提供參攷。
이복건사범대학복청분교식품과학여공정전업10다년발전적경험여성적위기출,제출기우과정질량공제적인재배양모식,종인재배양모식、공예규정、질량평개여반궤、장징궤제등방면제출상법,이기위식품과학여공정전업인재배양모식개혁제공삼고。
Based on development of major in food science and engineering in Fuqing branch of Fujian normal university, the process quality control training mode is proposed. In order to provide some reference for culture students in applied university, some problems are discussed from training mode, process planning, quality assessment and feedback, reward and punishment mechanism, etc.
