以梅花鹿鹿茸为原料,采用氯仿-甲醇混合溶剂超声波辅助提取磷脂。以鹿茸磷脂提取量为评价指标,通过单因素试验研究氯仿-甲醇混合溶剂配比、液料比、超声提取温度和超声提取时间对鹿茸磷脂提取的影响。在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,优化提取工艺条件。结果表明,鹿茸磷脂的最优提取工艺条件为氯仿-甲醇混合溶剂配比1∶1,液料比20∶1,超声提取温度25℃,超声提取时间30 min,在此条件下鹿茸磷脂提取量为12.240 mg/g。

Phospholipids are extracted assisted by ultrasonic waves, with velvet antler of Cervus nippon Temminck as raw materials and chloroform-methanol mixture as extraction solvent. The effect of chloroform-methanol mixture solvent radio, liquid-material ratio, ultrasonic extraction temperature and ultrasonic extraction time on the velvet antler phospholipids extraction is studied through the single factor experiment. Then orthogonal experiment is conducted to optimize extraction process conditions. The results show that the optimal extraction process conditions of phospholipids from velvet antler are as follows: chloroform-methanol mixture solvent ratio 1∶1, liquid-material ratio 20∶1, ultrasonic extraction temperature 25℃, ultrasonic extraction time 30 min. Under such condition, the yield of velvet antler phospholipids is 12.240 mg/g.
