澳大利亚证券市场矿业板块地位重要，诸多矿业公司在澳双重上市。澳交所矿业公司双重上市条件、要求和程序主要体现在标准上市和豁免上市两个法规体系，双重上市的费用包括交易所上市申请费、交易所年费、中介机构费用等，以及一些可能涉及的监管及法规体系。以BeaconHill资源公司标准上市为例，从证券市场国际化角度，我国应进一步加大探索上市公司赴海外双重上市的制度对接步伐；从跨国经营角度，中资矿企要参与全球资源竞争，必须在资本和跨金融市场层面奋力赶上。海外双重上市可实现跨国经营的市场化和证券化，有利于消除“走出去”过程中的资源民族主义。

This paper mainly introduces the conditions, requirements and procedures of mining company dual listing in Australian Stock Exchange, which are mainly relfected in the legal system of standard listing and exempt listing. The cost of the dual listing includes application fee for Stock Exchange Listings, annual fee of Stock Exchange, and the fee of intermediary organizations. Based on the standard listing of Beacon Hill Resources, this paper argues that from the perspective of the securities market internationalization, we should make great efforts on exploring the system of listed company going abroad for dual listing to be connected to international practice. From the perspective of transnational operation, if Chinese mining companies intend to participate in the global competition for resources, they must struggle to catch up with foreign companies in the capital and cross-financial markets. It goes on to point out that dual listing overseas can realize marketization and securitization of the multinational management, which is conducive to eliminating resource nationalism occurred in the process of“going global"strategy.
