探索一种新型以大豆蛋白为基质制备生物可降解材料的方法,并对材料的透光性,水蒸气渗透性及生物降解性能进行研究。结果表明,与单纯大豆蛋白材料相比,该薄膜透光性及阻水蒸气性能更为优良,且可降解性强,具有用作包装材料的潜力。

In this paper, a new method is developed to produce biodegradable material using soy protein isolate (SPI) as matrix, and the transparency, water vapor permeability and biodegradable properties of the materials are studied. The results show that compared with pure soy protein material, the light-transmitting ability and water vapor barrier property of the film are more excellent. The biodegradable property is also good, which makes them have the potential to be used as packaging material.
