龙葵作为野生植物,其果实除了具有食用价值外还有一定的药理作用。采用滤纸片法研究龙葵果浸提汁原液对大肠杆菌、酵母菌、黑曲霉菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,龙葵汁溶液对大肠杆菌、酵母菌、黑曲霉均有明显的抑菌效果,最终确定其最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)分别为0.06250~0.12500 g/mL,0.06250~0.12500 g/mL,0.03125~0.06250 g/mL。

룡규작위야생식물,기과실제료구유식용개치외환유일정적약리작용。채용려지편법연구룡규과침제즙원액대대장간균、효모균、흑곡매균적억균활성。결과표명,룡규즙용액대대장간균、효모균、흑곡매균유명현적억균효과,최종학정기최저억균질량농도(MIC)분별위0.06250~0.12500 g/mL,0.06250~0.12500 g/mL,0.03125~0.06250 g/mL。
As a wild plant, the fruit of Solanum nigrum L. has a certain pharmacological action, in addition to its food value. The antibacterial activities of the extractive juice from the Solanum Nigrum L. for Escherichia coli, yeast and Aspergillus are studied by the method of filtering paper. The substances extracted show some antibiotic activity against Escherichia coli , yeast and Aspergillus, the minimum antibiotic concentration to the bacteria range between 0.062 50~0.125 00 g/mL, 0.062 50~0.125 00 g/mL, 0.031 25~0.062 50 g/mL, respectively.
