对角焊缝检测提出了一种利用交流电磁场的无损检测新方法。首先简介了交流电磁场检测(ACFM)的基本原理,并基于ANSYS软件模拟出裂纹缺陷引起的磁场畸变信号。在确定交流电磁场检测系统的基础上,利用标准试板进行了测试分析,并将其成功应用于储油罐底板角焊缝的无损检测中,实现了裂纹缺陷的定性定量化评估。试验测试及应用结果均验证了该方法对表面或近表面裂纹缺陷检测的灵敏度高,为其他结构部位探伤也提供了借鉴。

A new nondestructive testing method using alternating current field measurement has been pro-posed fillet welds.The detection principle of alternating current field measurement(ACFM)method is first introduced,and the abnormal magnetic signals induced by crack defects are simulated based on ANSYS software.On the basis of the ACFMdetection system,the ACFMsignal is tested and analyzed by virtue of the standard test plate,and the method is applied successfully to nondestructively inspect fillet welds of a storage tank,accomplishing the evaluation of crack defects qualitatively and quantitatively.The experi-mental test and application result have validated that the ACFM method has a high sensitivity to detect surface or subsurface cracks,providing a reference for other structural defect detection.
