为了研究复合材料层表面缺陷对于CNG-2复合气瓶爆破压力的影响,通过考察实际的表面缺陷形状,将复合层表面缺陷简化为一定尺寸的矩形槽。对带有2 mm深度矩形槽型缺陷的复合气瓶进行爆破试验,并利用有限元数值计算软件ANSYS计算其爆破压力,以分析2 mm深矩形槽型缺陷对气瓶爆破压力产生的影响及其原因。结果表明,矩形槽型表面缺陷对于气瓶内衬应力的影响并不明显,而对缠绕层应力影响较大,缠绕层矩形槽型缺陷底面的应力超过复合材料抗拉强度保证值,使得复合气瓶爆破压力减小。
為瞭研究複閤材料層錶麵缺陷對于CNG-2複閤氣瓶爆破壓力的影響,通過攷察實際的錶麵缺陷形狀,將複閤層錶麵缺陷簡化為一定呎吋的矩形槽。對帶有2 mm深度矩形槽型缺陷的複閤氣瓶進行爆破試驗,併利用有限元數值計算軟件ANSYS計算其爆破壓力,以分析2 mm深矩形槽型缺陷對氣瓶爆破壓力產生的影響及其原因。結果錶明,矩形槽型錶麵缺陷對于氣瓶內襯應力的影響併不明顯,而對纏繞層應力影響較大,纏繞層矩形槽型缺陷底麵的應力超過複閤材料抗拉彊度保證值,使得複閤氣瓶爆破壓力減小。

The simplification about surface defects on the CNG-2 composite cylinder to a certain size rectangular groove was made through the actual shape of the surface defect inspection.Burst test and finite element analysis by FEM software ANSYS were made to study the impact of 2 mm deep rectangular groove surface defect to the CNG-2 composite cylinder′s burst pressure.It was concluded that the impact of 2 mm deep rectangular groove surface defect to the stress of cylinder liner was not obvious,while the impact to composite wound layer was significantly.The stress of the bottom of 2 mm deep rectangular groove sur-face defect exceed the guaranteed value of composite tensile strength made the composite cylinder′s burst pressure decrease.
