过完备字典下的信号稀疏分解能够充分利用信号的结构特征,具有更好的稀疏分解性能。主要研究了跳频信号在过完备字典下的稀疏分解,提出了过完备结构字典下的跳频信号稀疏分解方法。利用跳频信号固有的结构特性,构造更加接近跳频信号结构特征的过完备字典,并采用FFT改进的匹配追踪算法对跳频信号进行稀疏分解。仿真结果表明该方法在分解效果和分解所需时间方面都有很大改善。

Signal sparse decomposition based on over-complete dictionary can adequately utilize the struc-tural characteristics of signal, and has better performance of sparse decomposition. This paper mainly stud-ies frequency-hopping( FH) signal sparse decomposition under an over-complete dictionary, and presents a FH signal sparse decomposition method based on over-complete structural dictionary. Using the inherent structural characteristics of FH signal, an over-complete dictionary which is closer to the structural charac-teristics of FH signalis constructed, and a new improvement of Matching Pursuit algorithm with FFT to de-compose the FH signal is adopted. Experimental results indicate that this method has significant improve-ments in the aspect of decomposition effect and the time required for decomposition.
