随着e0‰坡度上架设箱梁在近几年高速铁路建设中的出现,特别是在西南山区的客运专线线有部分出现并通过架桥机改造和调整架桥工艺得到了较好的解决。结合在成绵乐客运专线e0‰坡度上架设箱梁和通过高窄防风屏障工程实例展开叙述,根据HZQ550型架桥机的基本组成结构及其适用范围,通过稍加改进架桥机前支腿、导梁前后支腿和增加临时后支腿等措施后,满足了该复杂工况桥梁的架设。

In recent years, box girders with e0‰ gradient have come into being in high-speed railway projects, especially in passenger dedicated line projects in southwest mountain areas, and have successfully been erected by bridge erecting machine after transforming the machine or adjusting bridge-erecting process. This paper, taking the Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan railway passenger dedicated line as an example, elaborated how to erect the box girder with e0‰gradient and how to pass through the high and narrow wind barrier using HZQ550-type bridge erecting machine. According to the basic components and application scope of the HZQ550-type bridge erecting machine, by slightly improving the machine's front landing legs and the guiding beam's front and rear landing legs, as well as by adding temporary rear landing legs and so on, this bridge erecting machine was eventually able to satisfy the requirements of bridge erection under the complicated work conditions.
