目的探讨前馈控制理论在直肠癌手术安全护理中的应用.方法将1 20例直肠癌根治术患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组按手术需要常规护理,观察组除按常规护理外,针对护理风险问题采取前馈控制加以干预.比较两组患者前馈控制前后血压、心率情况;比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况.结果实行前馈控制干预前,观察组和对照组的心率均为约86次/分,收缩压均为约116 mmHg,舒张压均为约84 mmHg;实行前馈控制干预后,观察组的上述三项指标出现了明显低于对照组的变化.另外,两组患者术后肢体并发症由干预前的25例下降为8例,明显减少.结论前馈控制保证了直肠癌手术护理的安全性,提高了患者及护士的满意度.

Objective To exlore the application of feedforward control theory in the safety nursing colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 120 patients undergoing colorectal cancer resection were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,60 cases for each group.The control group received routine nursing care according to the operation needs,while the observation group,in addition were inteened with feedforward control.The changes of blood pressure and heart rate beforc and after the feedforward control and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before the feedforward control,the heart rates of both groups were about 86 beats/min,the systolic blood pressures about 116 mmHg,and the diastolic blood pressures about 84 mmHg.After the feedforward control,the three indicators above were markedly lower in the observation group than in the control group.25 cases occurred complications before the intervention and 8 after in both groups.Conclusions Feedforward contmlcan ensure the safety of the nursing care for colorectal cancer surgery and improve the satisfaction degree of the patients and nurses.
