目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择本院2011年1月至2012年12月急性脑梗死患者60例，随机分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组给予奥扎格雷钠和依达拉奉联合治疗；对照组仅用奥扎格雷钠治疗。两组均给予降颅压等相同的基础治疗，连续治疗14天，两组患者治疗前、治疗后7天、治疗后14天时均进行神经功能缺损( NIHSS)评定、临床疗效评价和日常生活能力( BI)评分。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组，治疗组总有效率为86%，对照组总有效率为73%；两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分和BI评分均有明显改善；治疗后第7天、第14天治疗组的改善程度均优于对照组，差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床效果显著，能明显改善患者的神经功能缺损症状。
목적관찰오찰격뢰납연합의체랍봉치료급성뇌경사적림상료효。방법선택본원2011년1월지2012년12월급성뇌경사환자60례，수궤분성치료조(30례)화대조조(30례)。치료조급여오찰격뢰납화의체랍봉연합치료；대조조부용오찰격뢰납치료。량조균급여강로압등상동적기출치료，련속치료14천，량조환자치료전、치료후7천、치료후14천시균진행신경공능결손( NIHSS)평정、림상료효평개화일상생활능력( BI)평분。결과치료조림상료효우우대조조，치료조총유효솔위86%，대조조총유효솔위73%；량조환자치료후NIHSS평분화BI평분균유명현개선；치료후제7천、제14천치료조적개선정도균우우대조조，차이균유현저성(P<0.05)。결론오찰격뢰납연합의체랍봉치료급성뇌경사림상효과현저，능명현개선환자적신경공능결손증상。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination therapy with Sodium Ozagrel and Edaravone for a-cute cerebral infarction. Method The patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group received Sodium Ozagrel and Edaravone treat-ment;the control the group only received Sodium Ozagrel treatment. The two groups have the same basic treatment, continuous treatment 14 days, the two groups of patients were assessed neurological deficit ( NIHSS) , Clinical eval-uation of activities of daily living ( BI) score before treatment, 7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment. Result The clinical efficacy of the treatment group were more effective than the control group;After treatment NIHSS score and BI scores were significantly improved of the two groups of patients; The degree of improvement of treat-ment group were more than the control group 7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Combination therapy with Sodium Ozagrel for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant clinical effect and safety, can significantly improve the patient's neurological defi-cit.
