某金矿矿石砷含量较高,金主要以显微金形式包裹于毒砂等硫化矿物中。金属矿物主要为毒砂及少量的褐铁矿、锐钛矿、黄铁矿等,非金属矿物主要有石英和长石。为开发利用该矿物,对其进行了浮选试验研究。在磨矿细度-0.074mm含量为74.2%时,用丁基黄药与丁铵黑药作为组合捕收剂,浮选流程采用二次粗选、二次精选和一次扫选中矿顺序返回的流程,最终可获得金品位为21.20g/t ,回收率为93.22%的金精矿。由于原矿硫化物(毒砂)含量很高且为载金矿物,因此精矿品位难以提高。

The gold mineral is composed with higher arsenic .Gold is mainly wrapped in arsenopyrite and other sulfide minerals in the form of microscopic gold .Arsenopyrite and a small amount of limonite , anatase ,pyrite ,etc are the main metal mineral .Quartz and feldspar is the main non-metallic mineral .Index of gold grade of 21.20 g/t and recovery of 93.22% was achieved on the condition of the grinding fineness of- 0.074 mm 74.2% , as well as the combining collector of ammonium dibuyldithiophosphate and butylxanthate by the process of two roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging . The concentrate grade is difficult to improve because of the high concentration of sulfides .
