南阳坡煤矿主采煤层为3号煤和4号煤,层间距23~26m ,下部煤层开采受上部煤层开采损伤影响,为中厚-厚煤层近距离同采。基于煤岩物理力学测试、在线应力监测、支护载荷无损监测及数值计算,得出了监测区域的侧向应力分布规律,3煤开采对下煤层传递角为45°,显著支承压力增高区域传递角为31°;监测评价沿空30205运输顺槽、4105运输顺槽支护效果,分析下煤层沿空巷道变形严重的四个原因;确定了未采下区段4107回风顺槽设计留设的区段煤柱尺寸以及正常条件下下煤层滞后上煤层合理距离。研究结果有助于合理设计采场及选取支护参数,有利于实现中厚-厚煤层近距离高效同采。

남양파매광주채매층위3호매화4호매,층간거23~26m ,하부매층개채수상부매층개채손상영향,위중후-후매층근거리동채。기우매암물리역학측시、재선응력감측、지호재하무손감측급수치계산,득출료감측구역적측향응력분포규률,3매개채대하매층전체각위45°,현저지승압력증고구역전체각위31°;감측평개연공30205운수순조、4105운수순조지호효과,분석하매층연공항도변형엄중적사개원인;학정료미채하구단4107회풍순조설계류설적구단매주척촌이급정상조건하하매층체후상매층합리거리。연구결과유조우합리설계채장급선취지호삼수,유리우실현중후-후매층근거리고효동채。
No .3 and No .4 coal seams in Nanyangpo mine are main mining coal seams with distances from 23m to 26m ,and No .4 coal seam (lower) mining influenced by No .3 coal seam(upper) mining failure , and this is simultaneous mining of medium-thickness(No .3) and high-thickness(No .4) coal seam in short distance .Based on physical and mechanical tests ,on-line stress monitoring ,support load non-destructive testing and numerical computation ,it was showed that distribution law of lateral stress in monitoring area , carrying angle of lower coal seam is 45° and carrying angle in significant abutment pressure increase region is 31°for No .3 coal seam mining .The supporting effects of along gob area of 30205 transportation drift and 4105 transportation drift were monitored and evaluated .Four reasons of serious deformation of along gob roadway in lower coal seam were analyzed .The size of section coal pillar at return air-way of next non-mining section face 4107 and the reasonable distance of lower coal seam lagging behind upper coal seam under normal conditions were determined .The research results will contribute to reasonable mining design and choice of supporting parameters ,and realize effective simultaneous mining of medium-thickness and high-thickness coal seam in short distance .
