以日本晴(Wt)和光敏色素A、B的突变体(phyA,phyB)3个水稻(Oryza stiva L.)粳稻品种为试材,检测其在生长发育过程中叶片组织的叶绿素含量,并采用半定量RT-PCR和实时定量PCR技术,检测水稻MAPK基因OsMPK14在叶片中的表达特性。结果表明,在水稻生长发育过程中,光敏色素A和B的突变叶片叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;表达模式分析显示,OsMPK14基因在3个水稻品种的叶片中具有不同水平的表达,在Wt和p hyA 植株叶片中的表达呈现出波动性,而在p hyB中随着生长进程的延续呈上升趋势。

Using rice Nipponbare(Wt), phytochrome A and B mutants (phyA ,phyB)as materials, the chlorophyll content in leaves were determined. By semi-quantitative RT-PCR and real time PCR, the expression patterns of rice MAPK gene in three varieties were analyzed. The results showed that the chlorophyll contents of phytochrome A and B leaves were reduced during the period of growth and development. Expression profiles showed that the expression of was fluctuating in Wt and phyA , but the expression in phyB was increased continuously.
