为了研究代森锰锌胁迫喷施对芝麻子粒和外壳中锰和锌含量的影响，以郑州和南阳两地种植的芝麻为对象，分别在芝麻生长发育的不同时期喷洒不同剂量的代森锰锌。样品采集后，用微波密闭技术进行快速消解，再用原子吸收法测定样品中微量元素锰和锌的含量。结果表明，喷洒代森锰锌能够明显提高芝麻中锰、锌的含量，在芝麻开花期和终花期喷施70%代森锰锌(400倍稀释液)，芝麻子粒和外壳中锰、锌含量增加较多。

The sesame planted in Zhengzhou and Nanyang was used to study the influences of spraying mancozeb on the amount of manganese and zinc in the sesame seeds and their shells. Different dosages of mancozeb were sprayed in different growing stages of sesame. After the samples were collected, they were digested by the with microwave. Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the amount of manganese and zinc in the samples. The results showed that the spraying of mancozeb increased the amount of manganese and zinc in sesame obviously. Dilution of 400 times of 70% mancozeb in-creased more amount of manganese and zinc in the sesame seeds and their shells in flowering and final flowering period.
