为了研究代森锰锌胁迫喷施对芝麻子粒和外壳中锰和锌含量的影响,以郑州和南阳两地种植的芝麻为对象,分别在芝麻生长发育的不同时期喷洒不同剂量的代森锰锌。样品采集后,用微波密闭技术进行快速消解,再用原子吸收法测定样品中微量元素锰和锌的含量。结果表明,喷洒代森锰锌能够明显提高芝麻中锰、锌的含量,在芝麻开花期和终花期喷施70%代森锰锌(400倍稀释液),芝麻子粒和外壳中锰、锌含量增加较多。
為瞭研究代森錳鋅脅迫噴施對芝痳子粒和外殼中錳和鋅含量的影響,以鄭州和南暘兩地種植的芝痳為對象,分彆在芝痳生長髮育的不同時期噴灑不同劑量的代森錳鋅。樣品採集後,用微波密閉技術進行快速消解,再用原子吸收法測定樣品中微量元素錳和鋅的含量。結果錶明,噴灑代森錳鋅能夠明顯提高芝痳中錳、鋅的含量,在芝痳開花期和終花期噴施70%代森錳鋅(400倍稀釋液),芝痳子粒和外殼中錳、鋅含量增加較多。

The sesame planted in Zhengzhou and Nanyang was used to study the influences of spraying mancozeb on the amount of manganese and zinc in the sesame seeds and their shells. Different dosages of mancozeb were sprayed in different growing stages of sesame. After the samples were collected, they were digested by the with microwave. Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the amount of manganese and zinc in the samples. The results showed that the spraying of mancozeb increased the amount of manganese and zinc in sesame obviously. Dilution of 400 times of 70% mancozeb in-creased more amount of manganese and zinc in the sesame seeds and their shells in flowering and final flowering period.
