目的：探讨心理干预对消毒供应中心护士心理健康状况的影响。方法2012年5月-2013年5月选择3所医院消毒供应中心护士28名实施心理干预，采用症状自评量表( SCL-90)于干预前后进行心理健康状况调查，观察干预前后护士的心理变化，并分别与中国常模比较。结果28名消毒供应科护士心理干预前SCL-90各因子得分均显著高于中国常模(P<0．05)；与干预前比较，干预后各因子得分明显下降(P<0．05)；干预后抑郁和焦虑因子得分仍显著高于中国常模(P<0．05)，余因子得分与常模相当。结论消毒供应中心护士的心理健康水平较低，心理干预对其心理状况有一定的改善作用。
목적：탐토심리간예대소독공응중심호사심리건강상황적영향。방법2012년5월-2013년5월선택3소의원소독공응중심호사28명실시심리간예，채용증상자평량표( SCL-90)우간예전후진행심리건강상황조사，관찰간예전후호사적심리변화，병분별여중국상모비교。결과28명소독공응과호사심리간예전SCL-90각인자득분균현저고우중국상모(P<0．05)；여간예전비교，간예후각인자득분명현하강(P<0．05)；간예후억욱화초필인자득분잉현저고우중국상모(P<0．05)，여인자득분여상모상당。결론소독공응중심호사적심리건강수평교저，심리간예대기심리상황유일정적개선작용。
Objective To explore the effect of mental intervention on mental health of nurses in disinfection and supply departments. Methods A total of 28 nurses in disinfection and supply departments in 3 hospitals during May 2012 and May 2013 received mental intervention. Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to investigate the mental health status of the nurses before and after the interventions, and the psychological change of nurses before and after the interventions were observed and compared with that of Chinese norms respectively. Results Score of SCL-90 every factor in the 28 nurses was significantly higher than that in Chinese norms respectively before mental intervention (P<0. 05);the factor scores significantly lower after interventions compared with that before intervention ( P <0. 05 ); while the scores of depression and anxiety factors were significantly higher than those in Chinese norms after interventions (P<0. 05), and the rest of factor scores were similar to those of norms. Conclusion The level of mental health of nur-ses in disinfection and supply department is low, and mental intervention may improve their psychological conditions to a certain degree.
