目的:探讨不同暴露环境对男性官兵生殖健康的影响。方法2013年8-9月选择某部男性志愿者400人,按照暴露环境不同分为未暴露组(n=220)、电离辐射组(n=35)、电磁辐射组(n=21)、有毒有害化学试剂组(n=73)、高温组(n=18)、高湿组(n=10)、高原组(n=10)、高噪声组(n=13)。对被调查官兵进行男科检查,对精子密度、活力、活率、形态学及DNA损伤进行测定分析,对各暴露组与未暴露组精液常规检查指标进行比较。结果400名官兵睾丸体积略大于正常值,其余男科检查指标均正常。精液体积、精子总数、精子浓度、总活力[前向运动( PR)精子+非前向运动( NP)精子]、PR精子比率、存活率、正常形态精子比率、pH值、精子液化时间均正常。对精液异常结果进行分析,显示异常程度远低于笔者所在医院门诊异常水平。精子核DNA碎片测定结果显示,400名官兵红色荧光强度及红色荧光强度/总荧光强度值均正常。各暴露组精液质量均不同程度地低于未暴露组( P<0.05)。结论该部男性总体精液质量良好,暴露环境对精液质量有一定的影响。

목적:탐토불동폭로배경대남성관병생식건강적영향。방법2013년8-9월선택모부남성지원자400인,안조폭로배경불동분위미폭로조(n=220)、전리복사조(n=35)、전자복사조(n=21)、유독유해화학시제조(n=73)、고온조(n=18)、고습조(n=10)、고원조(n=10)、고조성조(n=13)。대피조사관병진행남과검사,대정자밀도、활력、활솔、형태학급DNA손상진행측정분석,대각폭로조여미폭로조정액상규검사지표진행비교。결과400명관병고환체적략대우정상치,기여남과검사지표균정상。정액체적、정자총수、정자농도、총활력[전향운동( PR)정자+비전향운동( NP)정자]、PR정자비솔、존활솔、정상형태정자비솔、pH치、정자액화시간균정상。대정액이상결과진행분석,현시이상정도원저우필자소재의원문진이상수평。정자핵DNA쇄편측정결과현시,400명관병홍색형광강도급홍색형광강도/총형광강도치균정상。각폭로조정액질량균불동정도지저우미폭로조( P<0.05)。결론해부남성총체정액질량량호,폭로배경대정액질량유일정적영향。
Objective To explore the effects of different exposure environment on reproductive health of officers and soldiers. Methods From 2013 August to September, 400 male volunteers in a PLA unit were divided into different groups according to different exposure environment:unexposed group ( n=220 ) , ionizing radiation group ( n=35 ) , e-lectromagnetic radiation group (n=21), poisonous and harmful chemicals group (n=73), high temperature group (n=18), high humidity group (n=10), plateau group (n=10) and high noise group (n=13). Values of sperm counts, motility of sperm, motility rate, morphology analysis and sperm DNA injury in all groups were detected. Seminal indexes of routine examination in all exposure environment groups were compared with that in unexposed group. Results The testicular volume of each of 400 officers and soldiers was slightly higher than the normal value, and the rest indicators were normal. Values of semen volume, total sperm number, sperm concentration, total activity [ prorsad ( PR) + the non-prorsad ( NP) sperm movements] , PR sperm ratio, survival rate, percentage of normal morphology sperm, pH and semen liquefaction time were normal. Abnormal results of semen analysis showed that the abnormal degree of male volun-teers was obviously lower than of the outpatients. DNA fragments determination of sperm nuclear showed that red fluores-cence intensity and the value of red fluorescence intensity /total fluorescence intensity in the 400 officers and soldiers were normal. The semen qualities of exposed groups were worse in different degrees than that of unexposed group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Semen qualities of officers and soldiers in the unit are good in general, and exposed environ-ment has a certain influence on the semen quality.
