目的：探讨护理干预及早期观察在手足口病重症患儿的临床应用效果。方法选取我院诊治的手足口病重症患儿106例，根据护理方案分为对照组和观察组，每组53例。对照组患儿实施常规护理，观察组患儿实施护理干预及早期观察。比较两组患儿的病症消失情况、住院情况、继发感染情况。结果观察组患儿发热消失时间、头痛呕吐消失时间、肢体抖动消失时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组（均P＜0.05），观察组患儿继发感染发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论护理干预及早期观察可明显改善手足口病重症患儿的临床病症，显著缩短患儿的治疗时间，并发症少且安全性高，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토호리간예급조기관찰재수족구병중증환인적림상응용효과。방법선취아원진치적수족구병중증환인106례，근거호리방안분위대조조화관찰조，매조53례。대조조환인실시상규호리，관찰조환인실시호리간예급조기관찰。비교량조환인적병증소실정황、주원정황、계발감염정황。결과관찰조환인발열소실시간、두통구토소실시간、지체두동소실시간、주원시간균명현소우대조조（균P＜0.05），관찰조환인계발감염발생솔명현저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론호리간예급조기관찰가명현개선수족구병중증환인적림상병증，현저축단환인적치료시간，병발증소차안전성고，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention and early observation in severe children patients with hand, foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 106 severe children patients with hand , foot and mouth disease from May 2008 to May 2013 were divided into two groups , 53 cases of the control group with routine nursing , 53 cases of observation group with the implementation of nursing intervention and early observation , the symptoms disappeared situation , hospitalization situation , secondary infection situation of two groups were compared.Results The disappeared times of fever , headache and vomiting body shaking , hospitalization time , the inci-dence of secondary infection of observation group were less than those of control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Nursing intervention and early observation can obviously improve clinical symptoms of hand , foot and mouth disease children , and shorten the patient's treatment time, fewer complications and high safety , which is worthy popularized.
