目的：探讨乳腺癌腔镜保乳改良根治术＋Ⅰ期假体植入乳房重建术的围术期护理要点。方法回顾性分析20例手术患者护理病历资料，分析护理计划及护理方法，总结护理经验。结果20例患者重建乳房外形、患肢功能良好，无并发症发生，术后随访5～29个月，中位平均随访时间为15个月，所有病例无局部复发和转移，美体效果满意。结论乳腺癌腔镜保乳改良根治术Ⅰ期假体植入乳房重建术创伤小、恢复快、美容效果好，做好围术期护理能减少术后并发症的发生，更好地促进患者的恢复，提高患者的生存质量。
목적：탐토유선암강경보유개량근치술＋Ⅰ기가체식입유방중건술적위술기호리요점。방법회고성분석20례수술환자호리병력자료，분석호리계화급호리방법，총결호리경험。결과20례환자중건유방외형、환지공능량호，무병발증발생，술후수방5～29개월，중위평균수방시간위15개월，소유병례무국부복발화전이，미체효과만의。결론유선암강경보유개량근치술Ⅰ기가체식입유방중건술창상소、회복쾌、미용효과호，주호위술기호리능감소술후병발증적발생，경호지촉진환자적회복，제고환자적생존질량。
Objective To explore perioperative major nursing in the treatment of patients with endoscope -assisted modified radi-cal operation for preserving nipple -areola andⅠ-stage breast prosthesis reconstruction.Methods A total of 20 cases of medical records were reviewed and nursing plan and methods were analyzed , nursing experiences were summarized.Results The 20 patients'reconstructed breasts were symmetrical with beautiful contour , the cases made a excellent functional recovery of the ipsilateral upper extremity.The pa-tients were followed up from five months to 29 months with an average of 15 months.There was no operative complication in these cases such as recurrence and metastasis.Conclusions The endoscope-assisted modified radical operation for preserving nipple -areola and I-stage breast prosthesis reconstruction has the advantages including less surgery trauma , rapid recovery and good cosmetic results.Given strength-ened perioperative nursing can decrease the occurrence of postoperative complications , improve the patient's life quality and recovering.
