目的：探讨针刺疗法对脑卒中致痉挛的作用。方法：40例脑卒中致痉挛患者随机平分为对照组与实验组，分别采取常规治疗及联合针刺疗法，比较两组患者痉挛MAS评级及疗效情况。结果：实验组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后两组痉挛MASⅠ级患者均较治疗前减少，且实验组显著少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：针刺疗法治疗脑卒中致痉挛的正向作用明显，疗效确切。

목적：탐토침자요법대뇌졸중치경련적작용。방법：40례뇌졸중치경련환자수궤평분위대조조여실험조，분별채취상규치료급연합침자요법，비교량조환자경련MAS평급급료효정황。결과：실험조총유효솔현저고우대조조（P<0.05）；치료후량조경련MASⅠ급환자균교치료전감소，차실험조현저소우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：침자요법치료뇌졸중치경련적정향작용명현，료효학절。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture for spasm that caused by stroke. Methods: 40 cases of patients with spasm that caused by stroke were randomly divided into control group (20 cases) and experimental group (20 cases), respectively treated by conventional treat-ment and acupuncture, then compared the spasm's MAS rating and efficacy. Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the patients of MAS I in both groups were decreased, and the patients of experimental group were sig-nificantly less than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture has significant curative effect on spasm that caused by stroke.
