目的：观察平衡针配合放血疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效。方法：将68例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为治疗组（34例）和对照组（34例），治疗组采用平衡针配合放血疗法治疗，对照组给予常规体针治疗，一个疗程后评定临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的88.24%（P<0.05）。结论：平衡针配合放血疗法治疗急性腰扭伤疗效显著。
目的：觀察平衡針配閤放血療法治療急性腰扭傷的療效。方法：將68例急性腰扭傷患者隨機分為治療組（34例）和對照組（34例），治療組採用平衡針配閤放血療法治療，對照組給予常規體針治療，一箇療程後評定臨床療效。結果：治療組總有效率為100.00%，高于對照組的88.24%（P<0.05）。結論：平衡針配閤放血療法治療急性腰扭傷療效顯著。
목적：관찰평형침배합방혈요법치료급성요뉴상적료효。방법：장68례급성요뉴상환자수궤분위치료조（34례）화대조조（34례），치료조채용평형침배합방혈요법치료，대조조급여상규체침치료，일개료정후평정림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위100.00%，고우대조조적88.24%（P<0.05）。결론：평형침배합방혈요법치료급성요뉴상료효현저。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of balance acupuncture combined with blood-letting therapy for acute lumbar sprain. Methods:68 cases of acute lumbar sprain patients were randomly divided into treatment group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases), the treatment group treated by balance acupuncture combined with blood-letting therapy, while control group by conventional body acupuncture, evaluated the efficacy after a course of treatment. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 100.00%, which was higher than 88.24%that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Balance acupuncture combined with blood-letting therapy has significant curative effect on acute lumbar sprain.
