目的：观察腰夹脊穴温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：50例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组和对照组各25例，治疗组以腰夹脊为主行温针灸治疗，对照组针刺腰夹脊穴为主，观察两组疗效及疼痛程度。结果：治疗后两组患者VAS评分均有所降低，但差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后两组患者M-JOA均较治疗前显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：腰夹脊穴温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较好疗效，操作简单安全，具有一定的可重复性和临床价值。
목적：관찰요협척혈온침구치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효。방법：50례요추간반돌출증환자분위치료조화대조조각25례，치료조이요협척위주행온침구치료，대조조침자요협척혈위주，관찰량조료효급동통정도。결과：치료후량조환자VAS평분균유소강저，단차이균무통계학의의（P>0.05）；치료후량조환자M-JOA균교치료전현저강저（P<0.05），차치료조저우대조조（P<0.05）；치료조총유효솔현저고우대조조（P<0.01）。결론：요협척혈온침구치료요추간반돌출증구유교호료효，조작간단안전，구유일정적가중복성화림상개치。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of warm needling moxibustion on lumbar paravertebral points for lumbar disc herniation. Methods:50 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into treatment group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases), the treatment group treated by warm needling moxibustion on lumbar paravertebral points, while control group by conventional acupuncture on lumbar paravertebral points, observed the efficacy and degree of pain of two groups. Results:After treatment, the VAS and M-JOA scores of two groups were both de-creased (P<0.05), and those of treatment group were lower than control group (P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Warm needling moxibustion on lumbar paravertebral points has significant curative effect on lumbar disc herniation, which is easy operation and safe, and has a certain degree of reproducibility and clinical value.
