研究一种改善汽油理化性质,提高汽油燃烧效率,降低有害气体排放的远红外橡胶功能复合材料。研究了复合材料的耐油、耐老化性能,红外辐射性能以及该材料对汽油理化性质的影响和机理。结果表明,复合材料具有优异的耐油耐老化性能,当远红外粉为15 phr时远红外辐射率达到92%;认为复合材料辐射的远红外线作用于汽油后,通过减小汽油的表面张力,增强汽油中有机分子的振动速度来改善汽油的雾化质量和气化质量,加速汽油燃烧过程中自由基生成,从而提高了汽油燃烧效率和降低有害气体排放。

In this work a type of functional far-infrared rubber composite material was studied,which could im-prove the physicochemical properties of fuel oil,enhance combustion efficiency and reduce exhaust gas.The oil resistant and aging resistant performance,infrared radiation performance and the effects of physicochemical properties of gasoline were researched.The experimental results indicated that the oil resistant and aging resist-ant performances were optimal,and the rate of far-infrared radiation reached 92% when the addition of far in-frared powder was 1 5 phr.It was attributed to the far infrared by the composite material,which reduced surface tension and enhanced molecular vibration speed to improve the atomization and gasification of gasoline,and ac-celerated the producing of the free radicals at gasoline combustion process.
