对α-Fe2 O3纳米管制备方法的探究是当前光电材料研究方面的一个热点。在综述当前几种主要的α-Fe2 O3纳米管制备方法的基础上,对比了 AAO模板中几种不同的沉积技术对α-Fe2 O3纳米管形貌的影响,并详细分析了电化学阳极氧化法制备α-Fe2 O3纳米管过程中工艺参数对纳米管生长的影响,最后对α-Fe2 O3纳米管阵列未来值得关注的研究方向进行了展望。
對α-Fe2 O3納米管製備方法的探究是噹前光電材料研究方麵的一箇熱點。在綜述噹前幾種主要的α-Fe2 O3納米管製備方法的基礎上,對比瞭 AAO模闆中幾種不同的沉積技術對α-Fe2 O3納米管形貌的影響,併詳細分析瞭電化學暘極氧化法製備α-Fe2 O3納米管過程中工藝參數對納米管生長的影響,最後對α-Fe2 O3納米管陣列未來值得關註的研究方嚮進行瞭展望。

The research on preparation method ofα-Fe2 O3 nanotubes was a hotspot in photoelectric material. Based on the review that describes the typical synthesis strategy of theα-Fe2 O3 nanotubes,the impact onα-Fe2 O3 nanotubes’morphology by AAO template method combined with different deposition techniques were compared,and the influence of the different technological parameters on the structure of theα-Fe2 O3 nanotubes during preparation process with anodic oxidation method were also discussed.Finally,the noteworthy research directions ofα-Fe2 O3 nanotubes in the future were proposed.
