让计算机网络始终处于正常的运行状态，并且不受其他因素影响，作为计算机用户共同关心的话题，对促进计算机网络发展具有重要作用。因此，在实际工作中，必须以计算机网络发展为基本要求，在优化设计准则的同时，从根本上解决网络建设以及设计问题，从而保障计算机网络安全运行。本文结合我国计算机网络运行，对网络可靠性影响因素以及具体方法进行了简要的探究和阐述。

For the normal operation of the computer network has always been, and is not affected by other factors,as a topic of computer user common concern,plays an important role in promoting the development of computer network.therefore,we must take the computer network development as the basic requirements in practice,when we optimize the design criteria,we should solve the problem of network construction and design fundamentally at the same time,to guarantee the safe operation of the computer network.According to the computer network running in China,we research and descibe the influencing factors of network reliability and the specific methods briefly in this paper.
