The ideas of computer-aided system principles for the design of irrigation pipe network optimization are presented with expand performances and adaptions to real-time decision.Design methods which combine professional design experience with the new algorithm,meanwhile set up a number of objective functions,and make secondary development and integration to the existing computer technology are pointed out.The rationality,operability and usability of computer-aided system design concept are realized.Optimal or suboptimal design which reduces project investment cost and meets the design requirements of project planning is ensured to be searched out.
