目的：对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者进行BODE指数和CAT评分测试，并探讨其相关性。方法：纳入稳定期中、重度COPD患者共50例，分别做BODE指数和CAT评分测试，并进行相关性分析。结果：BODE指数和 CAT 评分具有显著相关(r=0.684，P＜0.01)。其中 CAT 评分与 FEV1%呈负相关(r=-0.745，P＜0.01)，与 MMRC呈正相关(r=0.543，P＜0.01)，与6MWD 呈负相关(r=-0.700，P＜0.01)，与 BMI 无相关性(P＞0.05)。结论：BODE 指数和CAT评分具有良好的相关性，均可用于COPD患者生活质量的评价。但CAT评分易受主观因素影响，BODE指数客观性较强，对远期预后评估意义较大。
목적：대만성조새성폐질병(COPD)은정기환자진행BODE지수화CAT평분측시，병탐토기상관성。방법：납입은정기중、중도COPD환자공50례，분별주BODE지수화CAT평분측시，병진행상관성분석。결과：BODE지수화 CAT 평분구유현저상관(r=0.684，P＜0.01)。기중 CAT 평분여 FEV1%정부상관(r=-0.745，P＜0.01)，여 MMRC정정상관(r=0.543，P＜0.01)，여6MWD 정부상관(r=-0.700，P＜0.01)，여 BMI 무상관성(P＞0.05)。결론：BODE 지수화CAT평분구유량호적상관성，균가용우COPD환자생활질량적평개。단CAT평분역수주관인소영향，BODE지수객관성교강，대원기예후평고의의교대。
Objective:To make BODE index and CAT assessment test for COPD patients in stationary phase and to explore the relevance.Methods:50 moderate and severe COPD patients were respectively given BODE index and CAT assessment test,then we had a relevance analysis.Results:Correlation analysis showed a significant correlation between BODE index and CAT assessment test(r=0.684,P<0.01).Among which,CAT score and FEV1% were negatively correlated(r=-0.745,P<0.01),CAT score and MMRC were positively correlated(r=0.543,P<0.01),and CAT score and 6MWD were negatively correlated(r=-0.700,P<0.01), there was no association with BMI(P>0.05).Conclusion:BODE index and CAT score have a good correlation,they are both available to the evaluation of the quality life of patients with COPD. While CAT score is easily affected by subjective factors, the objectivity of BODE index is stronger,they are more meaningful to the long-term prognosis assessment.
