保障和服务民生是我国社会经济发展的最终目的，也是金融业服务经济社会薄弱环节的集中体现。本文首先提出金融改革需要以民生改善为导向，继而提出“四个有利于”作为民生改善导向金融改革的评估标准，最后就民生改善导向金融改革的辅助条件作了相应的阐述。

Livelihood security and services is the ultimate goal of our social and economic development, but also embodies the weaknesses of financial industry services of economy and society. This paper first proposed that financial reforms should be orient-ed by the improvement of people's livelihood, then made the"four advantages"as the evaluation criteria for livelihood-oriented fi-nancial reforms, and finally made corresponding elaboration on the auxiliary conditions of the financial reform oriented by the improvement of people's livelihood.
